Hi Katie:

Loved the St. Valentine's cookies.

We had friends over for dinner on Sunday. Served seafood salad, bread salad and lentil soup.

For dessert, I put together a platter with heart-shaped sugar cookies that also had pink sprinkles on top -- but no writing. And chocolate hearts, and little red cinnamon heart candies. It was a huge hit.

And we're all so grateful that dark chocolate is rapidly approaching the status of health food.
